Served as Managing Partner at KOMKONSULT Pvt. Ltd., a leading telecom solutions provider in Pakistan. Played a pioneering role in transforming the country's telecom landscape by leading the establishment of a nationwide cellular network and facilitating the transition from fixed-line to mobile services.

Collaborated with major telecom operators and international vendors to roll out over 500 BTS cell sites and commission telephone exchanges, MSCs, and BSCs for companies like Ericsson, Huawei, and ZTE. Demonstrated expertise in turnkey in-building solutions (IBS) in partnership with Comba (China) and Powerwave Technologies (USA).

Possesses deep knowledge of the telecom sector, government contract execution, and supply chain management, and excels in stakeholder engagement, commercial negotiations, and inter-company collaboration.

Basalat Shah

Managing Director

A highly experienced defense and security professional with 18 years of service in the Pakistan Army, specializing in defense procurement, local contracting, and adherence to Pakistan Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules and regulations. Held key leadership roles, including heading the procurement branch of the Airports Security Force. A qualified Ammunition Technical Officer with deep expertise in arms and ammunition management.

Also served with the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) as an Explosive Expert, contributing to national security operations through technical specialization in explosives and ammunition. Brings a unique combination of operational leadership, regulatory compliance, and technical proficiency essential for defense and law enforcement environments.

Khawaja Armaghun Waheed

Director of Logistics

Serves as the Director of Logistics at ZSB Systems, bringing over a decade of expertise in global supply chain management and operational logistics. His role is central to ensuring seamless, efficient, and reliable delivery processes for clients across industries.

Before joining ZSB Systems, Mr. Waheed was a strategic logistics partner with Bombardier Canada for more than 9 years. During his tenure, he was responsible for overseeing the timely and precise delivery of critical aircraft components to various international locations, playing a vital role in maintaining Bombardier’s operational continuity and service standards.
